Bob is very popular at this time of year. So popular in fact that the flower sellers at New Covent Garden Market are queuing (as I’m taking these pictures) for his beautiful English Hydrangeas. I am doing the flowers for a wedding at Claridges next week and am using his flowers – unless there is a frost or it snows in which case …I’m not good with compromise!
A lovely day to be planting and taking a few snaps of what’s around the garden. Salvia amistad (and out of focus bee) looking particularly fine and such a striking colour. A few other interesting textures also made being outside today fantastic (that and the fact it didn’t rain and wasn’t cold!).
